Shipping and Handling
Ground shipping for all domestic orders within the Continental US will be shipped via USPS, FedEX or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories & International Orders: All orders will be shipped USPS Priority. If an order ships with multiple items from seperate locations (marked with **), the order may be subject to an additional shipping cost and/or delay in delivery time.
Should you wish to expedite your shipping, we do offer alternative expedited shipping methods. Some orders marked as ** ship separately, may be subject to shipping ground and not always express if there are multiple ** products in the cart.

Promotional Shipping Rates
For promotional FREE Ground Shipping: Expect delivery within 5-10 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse. Valid with coupon for shipments within the continental USA.
Orders placed for overnight shipping must be received by 1pm PST. If received after 1pm PST, the order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Products marked as Ship Separate with these stars, ** cannot be guaranteed to be shipped express.
3 Day Select: Expect delivery within 3 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse and by 2PM Pacific Time.
2 Day Air: Expect delivery within 2 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.
Next Day Air Saver: Expect delivery the next business day after your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.
Shipping methods: USPS, UPS or FedEX. International orders, USPS only
We do not deliver FedEX or UPS to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that shipping times do not include the 48 hour order processing window or weekend delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you may track your package using the tracking # provided in our order confirmation email.
If incorrect shipping information is supplied to us and the order has been shipped out, customer is responsible for postage of the new label to ship to correct address.
One return will be honored. Any additional returns or exchanges will be paid for by customer before being shipped out.
*Once package is marked as delivered by carrier, RP Boutique is no longer responsible for it's contents. All claims would need to be filed direct by customer with carrier to be reimbursed for the loss/theft/non-receipt of the order.
